Tax in Quotes ?

Hi, we have Ofbiz Release 4.0. We don't need the shop system from Ofbiz.

My Question is simple, how is it possible that when i make a quote that the prices and the tax is shown. Something like that:

Sales Quote

Phone xy  100 €
Book zy    100 €

Sum 19% Tax = 19 €
Sum 7% Tax = 7 €
------------------------------------
Total Sum 226 €




Books have 7% Tax in Germany.
It must not be exactly in this order but at the moment i don't no how to put any Tax Information when i create a quote?
