Thanks page rather than sponsor links in wiki

Hi,

I think we should rather have a "Thanks" wiki page rather than sponsor links in wiki

This has been already discussed at

So this post is more a reminder for when building the new site

I began some work on this subject tonight

I stopped updating https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Apache+OFBiz+Technical+Production+Setup+Guide because we need to think about
documenting the fact that now OFBiz uses only HTTPS by default (but for web services).
Actually you can still manually use HTTP (and the 8080 port by default) but because we use HSTS you will get back to HTTPS (and port 8443 by default).
This is for trunk only of course. And I want to document that and other things before we do our next release.

Forgot to mention that I created a Thanks page at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Thanks+page and removed the sponsors and authors
mentions in the Apache+OFBiz+Technical+Production+Setup+Guide

This is a WIP to be discussed in this thread. Eventually this page will be linked from the main site. I believe the sponsors links need a reason to be
there and it should be explained what the sponsors did to get the entitlement
