Sorry I did not find a link for your white paper, I checked I have my glasses on my nose, what kinf of problems could it be, should

Sorry, I should have been more explicit. You have to take the survey
first - or if you have a coupon(which I gave out the code at the
conference), you can just enter that in on the landing page. Here is the

If you send me your personal email ([hidden email]), I'll send
you a copy.

re: the password link. That is intentional. The only way you can get an
account is if you buy one of the books...When I get back to my office
