Third-party payment gateway integration

Hi, everyone, this is my very fisrt day of locally installing ofBiz, and it is just the right choice for what we have been trying to do. I wish to integrate  Cyclos  payment gateway into it, how do I go about it? Many of the documentations I have seen online only discussed the integration of the payment gateways that by default integrates with ofBiz in Accounting =>Accounting Manager => Payment Gateway Config => Payment Gateway Config Type Id

These I want to achieve:
1. Add Cyclos as one of the options in this dopdown
2. Connect it so that it could be used as a payment gateway.
Please your shared knowledge on this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Ken,

For an idea of what's needed to support another payment gateway, have a look at this commit from 2010, which added support for another gateway, namely SecurePay.
