Touch POS System in Apache Ofbiz

looking for  information about Touch POS, can anyone help to understand
whether touch POS system is available,
Note : WEB POS is already available, looking for especially  Touch POS
System.

I believe that if you use a screen like

and use the webpos you will have a touch POS system

Hi Jacques Le Roux,

Thanks for the information , yes will use same type of screen  but ofbiz
not having such  PRINT receipt and bar-code Reader,total sales summary, is
there any document   available for DEMO.

Hi Ranjith,

PRINT receipt and bar-code Reader are not issues.

You can use a bar-code Reader on a web page the same way than you would for a file or whatnot.

Hi  Ranjith ,
in my experience POS devices like the one cited by Jacques are difficult to
integrate with web applications. They are usually made for windows
applications with direct interface to physical ports.

You should develop a procedure on the POS device (for example with Node.js
using the node module serialport.io) which communicates via webservice with
your OFBiz server installation.
