Transfer OFBiz from embedded tomcat server to local tomcat server

Dear All,

I have created ofbiz.war file using
F:\softwareEngineering\apache-ofbiz-16.11.04 existing project.
Which is already run on embedded OFBiz tomcat server (ex:
http://localhost:8443/ecommerce/control/main).
But, when I transfer ofbiz.war file to my local tomcat server and  after
strating my web sever this project (ex:
http://localhost:8080/ecommerce/control/main) appears an empty white screen
on browser.

Note: All of this file of OFBiz project does not exists in the ofbiz.war
file.

How can I run OFBiz project on my local tomcat server?
