Trunk demo unavailable

Hi,

FYI: some recent ASF infrastructure changes made the official OFBiz trunk demo unavailable. The stable and old demos have no problems. It's related to
the way the ASF front-end proxy forward requests to our trunk demo instance. I'll have a look ASAP...
