I am trying to checkout the latest OFBiz codebase from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ofbiz/trunk but I am getting an
error. I am using TortoiseSVN client on Windows XP.
I get an error at the start of the checkout. Only the svn folder is created
under 'ofbiz' dir and checkout fails with an error -
Error: Working copy 'C:\dev\ofbiz' locked
Error: Please execute the "Cleanup" command.
After doing a "CleanUp", I did an update and got a different error this
time -
Error: REPORT request failed on '/repos/asf/!svn/vcc/default'
Error: REPORT of '/repos/asf/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request

I get the above error even when I do an update without any "CleanUp".
I tried checking out at a different location and a new directory (name
other than "ofbiz"), making sure that no existing folder is overwritten, but
I am still getting the same error.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
