Use of jsp instead of ftl

Jaya Melon
Dear all,

Can I use jsp instead of ftl or widget?
Suppose that If use the performFind service, how can I display the result
with jsp?

Thanks before!

you will find ftl more flexible..
yes you can use jsp as long as your reporting, however if you want
interaction then ftl is the way to go.

what do you want to accomplish in JSP that you think can not be done in
widgets or FTL?

Hi BJ!

I already use widget right now, but now I want to add more style specific
layout, so I have to use custom css.
jsp is simple more familiar to me.
I've been reading the ftl and I guess I just have to try to use it.

thanks !!!

best regards,
Johnson Chandra

usually the css is in the themes.
so you can put it in  themes and update the seed data for the themes.
you can test this by imported the record for your css through webtools.
