"User Login Id" of sales order Initialization

Hi every one,

I wonder what "User Login Id" of the sales order Initialization screen means.
I tried to change that field to another login id.
But after creating a sale order, the original login id is displayed to "Created by" field.
What "User Login Id" of the sales order Initialization screen means actually?
