Have just gone through the 'Create Employee' link in the Party manager
and there's surprisingly (to me at any rate) no sign that any
PartyRelationship involving employer/employee has been created. Is this
right? Perhaps it means 'create an employee of an unspecified company'?
I would have expected there to be perhaps at least a checkbox saying
something like "Of Party 'Company'"
