Users - EntityConditionList vs EntityExpr

Hello,

 

I am trying to understand EntityCondition etc. but am not sure of the advantages of using EntityConditionList vs nested EntityExpr. Is EntityConditionList a simple way of writing the expression when more than 2 operands are present?
