Users - Pricerule definition?

Dimitri Unruh
Hello all,

I have a problem with the pricerule definitions.
Maybe someone could help me...

I have one virtual product and I define some pricerules for it. It works
fine and shows the price I need. But when I add the product to cart, the
assosiated "real" product gets the wrong price now. So my question is, how
could I get the price the virtual products has for the assosiated real
product?

I tryied to put them both in the same category and the result was that I
needed. But now both products (virtual and his variants) are showed to
customer in the product list. That's why I can't put them to the same
category..

Maybe someone knows what I'm doing wrong

Dimitri

Hi,
I don't know if it's your problem but for price rule if you define rule
for virtual product X and you want add to your cart variant product Y
then price rule will be apply to your product Y. In fact if price rules
conditions are not true for a product then programs test conditions for
virtual product (if is existing).
Perhaps it will help you.
