Users - Re: Bind error on starting OFBiz

Hi All,

This may be a common problem and I have seen many references on the web for this but couldn't find the solution.
If somebody can help me please. On starting OOTB OFBiz on certain machines you get this error and changing ports also doesn't help. Can somebody reply do I need to stop some service etc on the box which is hindering the binding process of the UserTransaction Manager

Jitender,

You can normally figure out what is causing the problem by viewing bound
ports using netstat.
