Users - how to load sequoiaerp or ofbiz in eclipse or netbeans tool

Could any one say how to open the existing sequoiaerp project in eclipse or netbeans tool.

Try searching the wiki for eclipse and/or netbeans, I would expect it to
work for sequioaerp as well.
