Users - is view/edit delivery schedules for purchase orders only?

Hi.  I saw the ordermgr controller say "Purchase Order Manager Delivery
Info Requests" above the order delivery schedule info links.  So are
they meant for Purchase Orders only?  If so, I'd like to add a link to
orderheader.ftl to hide them for sales orders.
