I was wondering if OFBiz can handle subscription-type
online businesses,
and produce automation that allows the subscriptions
to auto-re-up,
including charges to stored credit cards. An example
of what I mean
would be an online professional journal that requires
a monthly
subscription to have access to. If so, I'm assuming
it's only one more
step to define subscription "packages," as in silver
subscription,
gold, and platinum with access privileges to different
parts of the site
based on the package the subscriber purchased? (so a
linux subscription
site would give you a discount on downloads if you're
a silver member,
but free if you're platinum, plus you get to go to the
platinum member's
online smoking den, complete with e-smokingjacket,
e-martini, and
e-cigar).
