Users - when this situation arise?

Hello,
can someone help in knowing when the following error starts

8586743 (JotmBatch) [    TransactionImpl.java:765:INFO ] set rollback only (tx=bb14:38:0:01ccd7db8f84e00112...69fa84:)

Hi ..
         I belive the problem is with the Transaction Time out in jotm U can find this out by enabling the Logger level of the jdbc and related packages level to info and i have experianced similar problem so i belive setting it to 7200 will solve

Yes this is correct. The process is taking longer than the transaction timeout setting. We usually set this higher for processes which are known to take a long time (like imports/exports).

All services have the option of isolating to a new transaction and setting the timeout.
