The actual results are:

  +1: 5 (Jacopo, David J., David W., Jacques, Yoav)
  +0: 0
  -1: 0

Non-binding:
  +1: 4 (Marco Risaliti, Alex Fleming, Ashish Vijaywargiya, Anil Patel)
  +0: 0
  -1: 0

This is a success as 3 binding and 2 non-binding positive votes are  
needed.

I'll be sending out a message to the [hidden email] in  
a bit for review of the test snapshot, and then after a few days a  
call for a vote on it there.
