What is the difference between ofbiz and opentabs crm/erp

Hello, I would like to know What is the difference between ofbiz and opentabs crm/erp and wich one of both ofbiz and opentabs has the more Crm Erp features,
should I use only ofbiz as it says it has all crm and erp features or does ofbiz miss some imortant and main features that opentabs offers????
Is there a compare table to check all both version features????
Could someone advise me what version I should instal on my server?
