Where (which adress) must patchs be sent?

Hey,

Whenever you are supposed to submit new patch you
should create a new issue on :
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ

For creating new issue you must have to create a new
account on Jira Issue Tracker.

And one important thing :Please select the ASF Access
granted radio button when you attach your patch and if
you would like your patch submitted in ofbiz.
