Which patients should avoid using Extra Super Zhewitra ?

kirazmattson
Extra Super Zhewitra is a combination medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains two active ingredients: Vardenafil (20 mg) - A PDE5 inhibitor, similar to Sildenafil, which works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help achieve and maintain an erection. Dapoxetine (60 mg) - A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that helps with premature ejaculation by delaying the ejaculation response. Although it is effective for many men, there are certain groups of people who should avoid or exercise caution when using Extra Super Zhewitra. Patients who should avoid using Extra Super Zhewitra: Patients with heart problems: If you have a history of heart disease, angina (chest pain), or heart failure, taking medications like vardenafil (found in Extra Super Zhewitra) can strain your heart, particularly during physical exertion (e.g., sexual activity). Patients who have had a recent heart attack or stroke (within the last 6 months) should not use this medication. Low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure: Taking this medication can further affect your blood pressure and may be unsafe. Patients using nitrate medications: Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) are often prescribed for chest pain. Combining these with PDE5 inhibitors (like vardenafil) can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, potentially leading to fainting, dizziness, or even heart attack. You should not use Extra Super Zhewitra if you are currently taking nitrates or other medications for chest pain. Patients with severe liver or kidney problems: If you have severe liver disease (e.g., cirrhosis) or severe kidney disease, the metabolism of vardenafil and Extra Super Zhewitra could be significantly impaired, increasing the risk of side effects or overdose. A lower dose or alternative treatment may be required, and you should only use this medication under strict medical supervision. Patients with a history of priapism: Priapism is a painful, prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours. Men with a history of priapism should avoid PDE5 inhibitors (including vardenafil) as they may trigger this condition. Patients with bleeding disorders: If you have a bleeding disorder (e.g., hemophilia), you should not take medications like Dapoxetine as it can interact with blood clotting mechanisms, increasing the risk of bleeding or bruising. Patients with low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure: Vardenafil, like other PDE5 inhibitors, can lower blood pressure, so it should not be taken if you have severe low blood pressure (hypotension) or if your blood pressure is not well controlled. Patients with retinal diseases: If you have conditions like retinitis pigmentosa, a rare inherited eye disease, you should avoid using PDE5 inhibitors as they may cause or worsen vision problems. Patients with a history of depression or psychiatric conditions: Since Dapoxetine (used in Extra Super Zhewitra) is an SSRI, it affects serotonin levels and may interact with other medications used to treat depression or anxiety. You should avoid using Extra Super Zhewitra if you are taking other SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAO inhibitors without the approval of your doctor. Patients with a history of seizures: Dapoxetine, one of the active ingredients in Extra Super Zhewitra, may lower the threshold for seizures, so if you have a history of seizures or epilepsy, you should avoid this medication. Patients with alcohol or substance abuse issues: Excessive alcohol consumption or drug abuse can increase the risk of side effects, such as dizziness, headache, or a dangerous drop in blood pressure, when combined with Extra Super Zhewitra. It's best to use this medication with caution, especially if you have a history of alcohol or substance abuse. Summary of Groups to Avoid Extra Super Zhewitra: Heart problems (e.g., recent heart attack, low or high blood pressure) Nitrate users (e.g., nitroglycerin) Severe liver or kidney issues Priapism history Bleeding disorders Retinal diseases Uncontrolled psychiatric conditions or other antidepressant medications Seizures or epilepsy Excessive alcohol or substance abuse Always consult a healthcare provider before using Extra Super Zhewitra to ensure it’s safe for your specific health condition. Your doctor will assess your medical history and may adjust your dose or suggest alternative treatments.
