Why can't create new member, including new customer, employee and Person

Hi All,

    Now I download the latest ofbiz. finding can't create new customer, employee and Person, alert me following error message:

   The following required parameter is missing: [ensureNaPartyRole.partyId]

   Who can help me? wait for online. Thanks
