Work Effort creation

Hi,
When i create a workEffort with parameter
Quick Assign Party Id=admin
Name*=xxxxxxxxxx
Type= Task
Status=need Action
Then after creation it is not show in mytask list  when i login with  username =admin and Password =ofbiz

Why?
