Hello,
Can i store in the catalog of ofbiz 4.0 the definition and images of products which are published in the ecommerce site. And when a buyer clicks on the product he will be guided to another site immediately on the same product where he can really buy the product. I store the products of another e-shop in the catalog of ofbiz with a url link to that e-shop. Is that possible in ofbiz??? thanks for some advice. regards, Heidi www.olagos.eu |
Short answer: yes of course.
But to me it sounds like you want to add another layer of ecommerce on top of the ecommerce... Yes, you can link one product to another site, it's just a matter of editing the GUI and syncronize product ID's. You can also use the ecommerce component to do everything for you, or have the other e-shop to get the products directly from the Ofbiz-catalog.
