ant.bat run and startofbiz.bat

Jaki-2
What's the difference between the two? I'm completely new to ofbiz and clueless as to the difference but both of them can get the apps running. So is it alright if I use ant.bat run instead of startofbiz since using startofbiz gives you a really fat console.log sometimes which just keeps on getting fat :/

RE: ant.bat run and startofbiz.bat

Ant is a super-duper nmake that can do lots of stuff beyond building the
project, but that is its primary purpose.  ant.bat calls ant.  startofbiz is
a convienence batch file that supplies helpful parameters to the jvm as well
as providing the required jar file name and required parameter.
