'ant clean-all' delete JDBC file in 14.12

Hi Friends,
I am using postgresql, I move post gresql JDBC file to framework\entity\lib\jdbc.
But I run ant clean-all command it is deleting JDBC file also. Never happened in past. Just want to know is this a part of this command now. I am playing with 14.12.
