applications in framework

Hi all,

Shouldn't applications or components like BI, BIRT, Example and ExampleExt
not be in the folder SpecialPurpose in stead of in the folder Framework?

Example and ExampleExt are intended to demonstrate the ability to create
an application in a framework-only installation.
