balanceInventoryItems service getting timeout in OFBiz 16 version

Guys,

When declare happens for a Production Run, balanceInventoryItems service was calling out internally, but its taking more than 90 minutes to complete and going for transaction time out. (There is 600+ sales order exists for the same config product which is declared on Production Run.)

Did anybody face the same issue?... and internally its calling some other service?...
Please any comments will helpful.
