Some where in the last few weeks of commits this behavior has appeared.
I have a check out 691430 and this behavior is not present
when I run 695562 it does.
I have web pages open but stop ofbiz in localhost mode.
will make code changes then restart ofbiz
691430 I can click on the webpage or refresh it and keep going
695562 I get this message
could not establish encrypted connection because certificate presented
by localhost has a invalid signature.
I solve it by shutting down the Web browser and restarting.
get the certificate dialog and I am up and running.
Not a major problem.
in a way it is better security.
