check permission for file download

 i upload some file to server , but now , everybody can see the file ,
 so  i want to check the permission for file download,
  is there some demo for it?

i use that link

upload file to server .

but user can see all the image in server ,

so i want to check permission to limite the user  only can see the
image upload by himself
or i can control how many image the user can see.
