checkCreateDropShipPurchaseOrders-mulitple suppliers per customer order

review the code for checkCreateDropShipPurchaseOrders
I don't see how po for separate suppliers are generated from one
customer order.

am I missing something.

From a quick look, it appears that a ship group is created for each
supplier during checkout then checkCreateDropShipPurchaseOrders
creates a purchase order for each of those ship groups
