export MBOX files to Outlook

jeniferdesula
If you want to perfectly export MBOX files to Outlook, you can use the sys Inspire  BOX Converter, which is a powerful solution for migrating MBOX files from all supported mail clients/webmail into the Outlook PST file format. It allows you to convert MBOX files in bulk to PST files for Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, and 2003. I used it and was able to successfully migrate 3456+ MBOX files to PST Outlook 2013. I first tried it for free with 10 emails migrating from MBOX to Outlook, and then I decided to use it. So, I recommend that you give it a shot and get a full migration result.

To export MBOX files to Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Convert MBOX to PST Format
Open Outlook on your computer.
If you don't have an email account configured in Outlook yet, you can create a temporary email account.
Install a third-party MBOX to PST converter tool. There are many tools available online that can help you with the conversion. Some popular ones include Advik MBOX to PST Converter, SysTools MBOX to PST Converter, etc.
Launch the MBOX to PST converter tool and select the MBOX files you want to convert.
Choose the destination folder where you want to save the converted PST file.
Click on the "Convert" or "Export" button to start the conversion process.

Step 2: Import PST File into Outlook
In Outlook, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse to the location where you saved the converted PST file and select it.
Choose the option "Import items into the same folder in" and select your existing Outlook mailbox or create a new one.
Click "Finish" to start the import process.

Outlook will now import the data from the PST file, including the content from the MBOX files. You should be able to access your MBOX data in Outlook.

Greetings,
Will
