I'm looking for how to call this service? I cannot find it exposed in the UI anywhere but everything seems to be there under the hood.

as far as I can tell it is not implemented above the fedex services level.

There is a template:
FedexSubscriptionRequestTemplate.xml.ftl Looks like it is intended to be included in a screen. the template is used in the fedexSubscriptionRequest service to format
the xml to send to fedex the data is extracted from the company party and shipment properties for fedex. have found anything that calls the service. Vince M.
