handle quantity inventory update for Fixed Asset product

Hi,

Can you help me in understanding of workflow of working with Fixed asset type product, create/approve order, complete order.

I am able to create and approve order for fixed asset product.

How to handle quantity of product for the selected date.? My requirement is when I book a product for a particular day, system should not allow to book the same order for the same data again
