help please, orders are automatically cancelled on the 30th day

Hi All,

My manufacturing manager relayed to me that the system has automagically
cancelled several orders that were open 30days. We have several other orders
coming up that will be cancelled if I don't get this fixed.

I've poked around in the configurations of facility and stores but couldn't
find anything. Does anyone know why this might be happening and is there a
setting some place I can change?

I was wondering if the store configuration field:
"Days To Cancel Non Pay" might have anything to do with this problem?
I had left it blank but maybe internal configuration sets it to 30 days?

Hi Case,

your gesture is right. If this field is left blank the internal configuration is used, which is 30.
For more details check OrderServices.java  (cancelFlaggedSalesOrders method)
