how can apply the leave in myportal component

Hi All
In MyPortal companent, there is a  leave tab exist. This Leave tab is display the list of leaves. My Portal is just like  profile of employee/customer etc. If Employees have the permission of my portal only  and he want to apply the leave ,then  how can  apply the  leave form here.
