Make a copy of the Excel file and perform the following steps in your copied file.
Open the file copy with 7-Zip.
Go to the folder “xl”.
Open the subfolder “worksheets”.
Right-click on the file “sheet1.
Find the XML entry “sheetProtection”.
Delete this XML entry.
