You also need to change the build.xml file in the shark component to
turn on the build, which is not on by default. The reason it isn't on
is because Shark is LGPL licensed and we cannot include the jar files
in OFBiz. You'll have to follow instructions to download and place
those files and turn on the build.
The main files to look at are:
1. build.xml file in the shark component
2. OPTIONAL_LIBRARIES file in the ofbiz root/home directory
