how to get short url for wiki page

How do you get the short url for wiki pages?

E.g.

http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/eIOJ

instead of

http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Ofbiz+as+a+development+framework+-+release+9.04

link from there.
