how to pass the parameters to java method

Hi
   I am calling a java method inside a simple method .. but at the time of executing the simple method ... the java method asks for the parameters which are to passed i.e DispatchContext  and context map..the tow parameters which are to be passed are from the table "shipmentroutesegment".. can any one tell me the prototype for this...
