Is it normal in files like

    * applications/product/config/shipment.properties
    * framework/common/widget/CommonScreens.xml
    * framework/webtools/widget/CommonScreens.xml

to find an absolute URL with http://localhost:8080/. Generally speaking,
good coding conventions forbid this type of URL
