OK this is mine (recent cleanup around "VAT code" in product form), I will have a look tomorrow morning...
BTW, Did you update your DB recently (since no definitions exist anymore for SimpleSalesTaxLookup) ?
Maybe I will only have to update http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBTECH/Upgrading+OFBiz+from+earlier+revisions

that was the demo on hotwax
have not checked locally.
the current svn I am working with is 690593
I do a ant clean-all every update.
