Hi team,
As per our discussion in OFBIZ-10251, I have committed the content for Performance Review at r1840362.
I have taken reference from the https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBENDUSER/Performance+Review


Dear [~sharan] and team,
Kindly have a look into this and let me know if there is any scope for improvement.
Just wanted to make sure, my direction for this documentation effort is correct. Since I will be following the same approach for upcoming work :)
