As discussed in https://markmail.org/message/x7sv2mpvtytr4vl4 we decided to backport the Asciidoc documentation, and means to generate it, to R17 branch

At revision: 1037235  the generation of the Asciidoc documentation is now done with R17 branch. We no longer use the trunk for the Asciidoc documentation
