One thing:
This depends on culture. For instance in France, when last name is written 1st, you don't put a comma after it, just a space.
Also in France you can have as much as "1st names" as you want. There is no strict limit, but they are checked and can be refused. We call "1st name/s" "prénom/s", the rest is "nom" or more formally "nom de famille". My Dad decided I'd have only 1 prénom and I thank him for that everytime I have to write my complete name :D
Also in China, 1st name is the last, etc.
All that to say that this is maybe how names are written in UK and US but there is no global way to write complete names!
