What I did:
* Replaced all (20) old birt libs by new one provided in the zip you provided
* I did not touch any other libs. I checked they were all the same, but the names of Axis 1 libs which were not versionned in the zip. So I removed the related Axis 1 changes in LICENSE and .classpath files
Committed in trunk r1565375
Because Birt is no longer in R13.07, and the tree is different in R12.04, I did not backport those changes.
