This is not related with OFBIZ-5664. It uses UtilHttp.getServerRootUrl(request) and I see no way to return rather the redirected URL from the proxy (http://ofbiz-vm.apache.org:8080)

The redirected URL should normally be https://http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/iCalendar/CALENDAR_PUB_DEMO/
