> 1.  Create an order with two ship groups and assign an item quantity to both
> 2.  Click "Edit Items" and click "Cancel Item" for one of the order item ship groups
> 3.  Click "Edit Items" again and notice the canceled order item ship quantity field does not appear
> 4.  Update the order and then click "Edit Items" again
> 5.  Notice the order items ship group quantity field appears again
> Because it appears a second time, it allows the item to be cancelled more than once.  And after I cancelled the second time it caused the entire order to be canceled.
