Thanks [~rahul.bhooteshwar] for the fixes. I have tested it and found it working as per expected behavior outlines in description.
Here are test results:
# Run MRP and generate multiple requirements,
# Approve the requirement and use the same during purchase ordering by selecting eligible supplier
# Submit the order and found the Requirement>>Order tab reflecting the correct order id linking with used requirement (*PASS*)
> Purchase Order created out of Approved Product Requirement are not getting linked/shown over Requirement>>Order screen
